"DENKA SETTER D-300" is a set retarding admixture specially designed for DENKA BEFORM. Compared with general retarders such as tartaric acid and citric acid used in high alumina and sulphoaluminum cements, the setting time of mortar and concrete can be adjusted more easily, and the hardening can be rapidly increased to obtain good initial strength.
Instructions
• This product can be used by the following two methods: ① Mixing with dry powder; ② Dissolving in stirring water.
• Determination method of D-300 content
• Design mix ratio (water-binder ratio, sand ratio, BEFORM addition amount) according to the required performance.
• Set the material availability time.
• Using materials (cement, fine aggregate and coarse aggregate), make a distribution diagram of the usable time after adding D-300.
